Honestly this is the worst pharmacy. Everytime I vote to pick up medicine I have to wait at least 30 minutes be it standing in line inside or at the drive through window. On top of this on several occasions when I have received the phone call saying my medicine was filled I was told I had to wait for them to fill it. Jve also showed up to get a refill o ly for the pharamcy to have closed early or they ran out of my perscription. On 3 differnet occasions I was told I must be a new person at the pharmacy because they cannot find me. Only to find me once I show them the Walgreens webpage showing my prescription refill listed. I'm changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy as I can no longer deal with this.

Had to make multiple trips for some prints. Kept getting alerts they were done. Came back a 4th trip and the dude at the counter was so rude and disrespectful and they just never finished my order. Half of what did turned out horrible. They acted like it was my fault. The dude told me if I hated it so much I should apply for a job and do it myself or never come back. Christ. Hope he finds a better job that he's no so miserable at.

Generally very bad service, always delay and normally does not answer phone calls. We made an appointment for booster shot, and when we showed up on time - it is simply closed and we never got a message that it is closed. When we show up the second day, we were told to go back and make another appointment - although there is no one in the line to take shot. They still adamantly asked us to go home and make another appointment.

My wife and I were trying to get some passport pictures taken. We asked kindly if we could please get some passport pictures. The person attending the photo station said she had to check with someone else. At that time a young man came and said that they could not help. That they were very busy doing other things. There were three employees that we could see at plain sight. We were the only customers there aside from a customer who was checking out at the register. These two other employees could have easily helped. I asked why it was not possible. He said that it was because they had a lot of tasks to complete. That did not make sense to me, as they were both just standing there doing nothing. Anyways, what I did not like is that this young man felt so empowered to tell me that if I was in such need to get the passport picture I could fill a job application and do it myself. Incredibly disrespectful. I shared with him that his answer was not aligned to what I asked and that he did not have to be that mean. To which he reacted making a "pfff" sound and laughed. Left not confronting, I am better than that. I did complain to Walgreens officially, as no customer should be treated like this regardless of circumstances. If this empowerment continues to be allowed, customer service is going to disappear.
