I am in the process of transferring my job to Washington and decided Bellevue was an area I wanted to live in. I’ve toured many communities and happened to walk in to Aventine Apartments. The community was definitely what I was looking for. The apartments were so spacious and have such a warm and cozy feeling! Even included a full size washer/dryer. Moving can be so nerve wrecking but Matthew took his time to really share all the great qualities of the community and the area. I will definitely be doing my application because of him!

Same as what other commenters described, it is impossible to get ahold of anybody from this apartment. Their voicemail box is also full. Nobody responds to the "Text us" feature either.

There was a management team change earlier this year but I am glad the current one is just as good as the last one. There is no amenity like others said (no garbage chute as well), sound isolation is pretty good, appliances show their ages but they are well functional and clean. Overall a pretty good experience and probably one of the best apartments in Bellevue downtown in terms of what you are getting vs what you are paying.

Each home comes with a full size washer and dryer in the apartment
Maintenance requests may be submitted conveniently through our online resident portal, and are completed within 24 to 48 hours. We also have on-call maintenance should there be an after-hours maintenance emergency.
Rent payments may be submitted online through our resident portal using a debit card, credit card, or routing and account information. We can also accept payments via personal check, cashier's check, money order, or WIPS.
Renter's insurance is required, with at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage

Parking is $75 per month, per space for our unassigned garage. Assigned parking is $125 per month, per space.
Aventine is pet friendly! We have a two pet maximum, with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. There is also a $300 pet deposit, and $250 pet fee.

50 unassigned. 100 assigned. Both in locked parking structure.
