These guys are a scam. I applied for a unit and later figured out that is only for Workforce Housing, so they said they will refund my deposit. It's been over a month that they just don't answer on their phone, don't open the leasing office door during work hours or even respond to emails. If you just check for Avenue5 Google reviews you'll know how many people are waiting for their refunds! Even disputing the charge doesn't work as they say I paid it for an application, but it was never even considered! I hope some day I get my deposit, such a waste of time and effort. Update 05/31/22: These guys sent me a Check for the refund but it was STOP PAY IN EFFECT! So basically still waiting for my refund after 3 months. This is so messed up!

Parking garage is constantly being broke into. Last time door locks to enter the garage were broken, After calling multiple times we are told it will be fixed Monday, it's been 4 weeks. Not very prompt in fixing issues.

Sleeping here is difficult due to feeling the vibrations from rooftop ventilation fans and neighbors' washer/dryer. The vibrations travel easily through the floor. Doors are also super thin so you hear everything from the hallway. Great location and appliances but all that is tough to enjoy when you're constantly tired.

Lived here for 2 years .Great staff, quiet place, Great location near groceries, movies, and restaurants. Only left because my husband didn't like the far commute, otherwise I'm sure we'd still be living there.
