Ethan is super helpful. I came in looking for a 100zz pro and it is very difficult to get this racket on the market. Ethan was super professional, went above and beyond to serve me. He spent a good 40 minutes making phone calls, checking inventory, making schedule. Ethan is the prime example of how customer service should be. This place is great! Fantastic courts and amazing staff, and extremely talented coaches. Highly recommend getting lessons here and everything is much better than SBC.

Have been playing at this place for last 1.5 years, loved playing badminton at this place, but the recent price increase is ridiculous. Paying $34 per court per hour is very expensive, and the frequency with which I generally play, I will end up paying $300 a month.

In my opinion, the new pricing structure is absolutely ridiculous. The cost of booking a court in the weekend is $30/hour and the effect is obvious. At a time when courts used to be full, there is no one. Only the most price insensitive customers would continue to frequent this place. I am looking for alternatives in Bellevue.
