This is my go-to Target even though I live in downtown Bellevue because that location never has anything in stock. The online ordering to pick up here is very quick. Staff here provide very good customer service.

Staff and Management at this store are very rude and very Lazy. Plenty of employees around yet they were not opening any extra checkout lanes during a mini rush. Store manager seemed clueless when I suggested it to him. Returns section people are very incompetent and give out the wrong information with no apology to you later after they realized they are wrong. I'm not really understanding the point to this Target....? They also seem to be to small of a store to keep enough products in stock. Factoria is a much better store and isn't even that far away (by car). Better staff too.

This is one of the messiest and most poorly run Targets I've ever been in. Scattered shelves, garbage in aisles, missing prices. Management needs replaced immediately.

This Target store in Factoria recently underwent a remodel and everything looks 100% better. They now have a frozen food section as well as produce milk and bread. All the other departments look much better after the remodel. There is also a Starbucks inside now as well. Located on the back end of Factoria Mall there's plenty of parking. Most of the managers and Associates here seem to be friendly and helpful.
