Great customer service, especially in the boot fitters' department. Not where you will find a bargain, but you will be happy with the selection and service. Manager took care of me when a manufacturer wouldn't respond about broken gear. I had to write a letter to get help, but I was pleased with the results. Will return.

Such friendly staff and a large selection of inventory!! Matt from Park City helped me with my ski bootfitting and he was SO helpful and nice!! He called other stores to see if they had a particular boot, and it was in stock at another location and shipped quickly to this Bellevue location within a few days. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I've come to Sturtevant's 2x, the first time a few years ago to get new downhill gear and then just this past week to get a set of AT gear. Both times the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient to help me find the right set of equipment for my needs and budget. I especially appreciated working with Otto this most recent visit since he invested a meaningful amount of time to educate me on the variety of options and share the trade offs. Given how expensive ski gear can be, it is nice to have a shop that is trusted, knowledgeable, and stands by their brands.
