If the tide was out and you sat on the beach probably. Otherwise you'd miss them. There's also a good chance the bridge would block your view since you'd be looking up at it. I'd try the small park on the manette side of the bridge above the boat shed. It doesn't have a name though it is a small park
I don't think so...the best place would be evergreen park.. Down on the boardwalk.. Or a high building.. Like a parking garage near the bridge
