I don't want to give this facility even one star. I don't understand how they are still in business. My husband was there for less than 24 hours. Lots of promises were made, none of them kept. Robin, the head nurse was very dismissive. When my husband started to fail. She gave me all of the reasons why she thought it was OK. I called 911 and when the EMTs arrived, they promised to get him out of there. EMTs said they go there regularly and it's never good.

There is nothing good about this place at all I have been calling for the past 4 days when you press one to go to the nurses station it rings several times and then it sounds like somebody picks up the phone and then hangs up, when you press 0 to talk to the front desk it does the same thing it ring several times and it sounds like somebody picks up the phone and then hangs up Which also makes me wonder how they're treating my mother since I'm not able to talk to her. To the to the people that are running this place you guys do know what a phone is right?When it rings pick up the phone. The one time I did get through somebody picked up the phone and said we don't care and then hung up, what a nice place

Vwry dusappointed in rhis place. Yiu have towaitt for hours to get help and ask multiole times. The lSt 3 night we didnt get our meds for nany hours neglect is the woed i would use foe this place

I worked here a couple years back and it was the most traumatizing unpleasant experience I ever had. I quit after 6 weeks because I couldn’t take it anymore. I still have nightmares. The stories of abuse and neglect are true. They will literally leave food trays sitting infront of patients WHO CAN’T EVEN FEED THEMSELVES. The food will just sit there and go straight into the garbage a few hours later. This place, when I worked there was always understaffed. The way the CNAs if you could even call them that, would talk to the residents and infront of them was just as sad as the level of care they provided. This place in terms of cleanliness is literally so so bad. Many of the residents here had no place else to go and no family to make sure they were okay. If you love your family member and care about their well being, do them a favor and keep them away from this horrible place.
