BLMC 12.12.040 Hours of use. Unless authorized in advance for a special event specifically designated by the mayor, or his or her designee, city parks shall be open from dawn until dusk each day. No person shall go upon any city park except during open hours. (Ord. 1338 § 1, 2009; Ord. 1232 § 1, 2007; Ord. 454 § 6(3), 1977).
