This place is convenient and close to home. They do seem to be out of things a lot, ie Pepsi Zero, but for now I am chalking it up to supply train issues. Other than the theater seating being really old and uncomfortable, I do enjoy it here. Screens are good, sound is good and the popcorn is buttery. 🎬

This movie theater is small and is slightly dirty. We went on a late night movie and there was barely anyone there. No one checked our tickets or told us where to go, no big deal. I bought my tickets online and showed us which theater number. The seats were dirty, not like trashed but like thousands of people sat there and could almost feel the sweat from previous movie goers.

You pay for your tickets at a kiosk, Even by candy from a machine if you don't want to wait in line for snacks and also don't want to sacrifice your firstborn baby for a large popcorn. I'm going to the movies is not an activity anymore it's a luxury for special occasions. It feels very automated You don't really talk to anybody, takes away from the experience but kids don't want to work anymore so everybody's short-staffed. It used to be a little cheaper a little more small feeling full of friendly people that work there. Tonight was the first night in my 44 years of life that I've ever had a theater to myself and my son. The people that do work there they're very friendly and nice not their fault.
Don’t Worry About it
Wow this is hands down THE WORST theater I've ever been to. Dirty, disorganized and a total cluster. We bought tickets online (not knowing that you can't even buy them in person anymore) so thankful we did that. Upon entering none of the staff had ANY idea what was going on. We asked where to check in and got multiple answers running around like a chicken with our heads cut off. Once we finally got checked in we asked if there were assigned seats as we had picked them online and were told "no just sit anywhere you want". So we went in to the theater to see Top Gun (which was packed) and people were sitting in our seats so we had to pick other ones. We were then approached by another customer and told that we were in his seats and we told him that we were instructed BY STAFF that assigned seats didn't matter and we would be happy to move but there were other people in our seats. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but the theater was absolutely packed. This began to engrage the other customer who was clearly intoxicated and he almost hit my 85 year old grandmother. We informed staff and were told security would come assist as the staff members were not doing their jobs assisting people to assigned seats. This took another 10 minutes and we almost missed the movie. I understand it was a busy night and there was a lot going on but there is NO excuse for staff members to not know how to do their jobs. This place is ridiculous and from now on I will drive out of my way to a different theater.

Yes, I have taken my own fastfood meal into the theater to eat during a movie. Nobody stopped me, or even noticed that I had a bag and drink as I walked into see a movie. That has been my experience at Tall firs.
