Its open. Just make sure you have a mask to get in. They used to hand them out but they stopped starting this month. They won't let you in without one but you can take it off as soon as you enter the gate.

It is open with a limited capacity. They have people at the entrance making sure you have a mask to enter and keep track of capacity.
