If you cant reach them on the phone id suggest dropping by in person to check bc they are never "super busy" in my experience. That sounds pretty standard for simple non Transition lenses. Btw, there's no tax on glasses, so leave that out when breaking down bill.
You should call them and ask for the breakdown of the bill.
