by law nowhere in seattle is a safe drone flying zone, but that never stopped anyone from flying one.
I don't see why people would be too upset if you did, as long as you aren't being obnoxious and flying it within like 20 feet of people

I've only visted there once and someone was using a drone so im assuming so :p

I've seen a couple of people using drones up here. But legally, I'm guessing you need a permit.
When I visited there were people using drones if that helps
