Yep. There are 3 different places you can park to access the river, too. Boat launch of of Tolt Hill Road, trail access lot on the left, heading north on 203 right after the bridge, and of course, Tolt MacDonald parking lot. All are free to park.
In case you don't know, this is close to the Tolt / Snoqualmie confluence. Avoid swimming at the confluence...
