Authentic, quality farm shop with friendly folks. A varied selection of products ranging from eggs, meat and produce, homemade take-home dishes, ice-cream, cheeses, vinegars, chocolate, through to sauerkraut and kimchi. Must visit more frequently.

It’s always fun to stop by this picturesque place and see what’s available fresh and local, and they’re always friendly here.

Great selection of Washington sourced vegetables, meats and other food products. A fun place to shop for a special local meal or your weekly groceries. We can't wait to roast up our Carnation Farms grown chicken! A bit expensive, but worth it given the selection of local products.

Oh Carnations Farms! How beautiful you are. Was out here for a wedding in the fall of 2018. It was an incredibly pretty drive and the farm itself was quaint and spacious and also breathtaking. If you’re looking to get married and want a farm with views and peaceful sounds then def book here. Your guests will be impressed and your pictures will be amazing.

Just a query from curiosity: is Carnation named for the flower. If so, why?

Its named after Carnation Milk, which was named after the flower in 1899 by the founder EA Stuart. He wanted a symbol for his new evaporated milk reflecting cleanliness and freshness. Other flowers like tulip, rose, lily, etc where already taken by companies like Bordens. He stumbled on using Carnations while walking in downton Seattle and walked past a smoke shop which had Carnation Cigars in the window and voila. So the town is named after the Farm and Company, which is named after the brand Carnation Evaporated Milk which is named because of the flower Carnation, which in turn was named after a cigar. Ha!

Do you also have a nursery
