Have called 20 times one time put me on hold for about 20 min then hung up other times pick up phone hang up ridiculous only trying to find out if my credit card was left there or turned in.

I left my card there once by accident, and they were very responsible. They put it in a cash register drawer, and I didn't notice it missing right away, so at the end of the girls shift, she put it in the manager's office. When I finally realized it was missing I called and they didn't answer, so I had to go up there and get it. They're pretty nice up there, but sometimes their service is haphazard, so you have to go in person.
