I ordered on the online app this evening around 8:30 pm and when I got to the drive thru they told me that they haven't received my online order. I went thru the drive thru several times to see if they received it yet and it was always no. I even talked to the manager showed him where I paid in the app and even showed him the confirmation email that showed where they received my online order. He said he can't make the order till it shows up online and he's not going to just start handing out food. I asked him how do I cancel the order and get my refund well needless to say he didn't know how to do that either. I don't know what happened to good customer service or the customer is always right but this place is horrible and I don't think I will be going back there. I already put my complaint in online.

Two over weight Hispanic girls that work the drive thru like to play games. I think they like giving you the wrong drink on purpose. Their always rude and playing on their phone. Not my fault you work at jack in the box don’t be rude to customers cuz you hate your job. This jack in the box is nasty
