This place used to be great. I see a major fall off since last month. Last night ordered 4 things told to pull out of drive thru. Wait on the sides brought an order someone else order. This is ridiculous. Got to do better McDonald's.

I came here for dinner after playing soccer, so I arrived tired and hungry. I used my saved up points to get a McChicken, but the guy 2 vehicles ahead of me had to have this whole conversation at the first window. Like if he wanted to, he could've pulled forward and figured things out without stopping the whole line. So I jumped out of line and told the second window I wanted a McChicken, showing them the app, which now had a different number. The manager, Geo talked to me and told me to pull to one of the spots and just come in, so I did and he gave me my McChicken. Then I noticed the app had taken out points for 2 McChickens, so I told Geo that it was my fault for cutting in line and to take his time getting me the second one. He took a little time, but was true to his word. Geo is a good manager, he was in a tough spot with everyone complaining and he took care of me. Thank you, Geo.

McDonald's is just okay. They need to revamp their menu options in general, it's so limited and outdated, especially with several competitive fast foods out there. I only come here once in a blue moon if my daughter insists. French fries is good and breakfast;apart from that, nothing else I can point to.

The staff was extremely rude and they were out of Coke. McDonald's are specifically allocated Coke so this was just odd. The Dr. Pepper syrup mixture was so off that it tasted flat. They still didn't give me any hot sauce and it was close to 25 minutes in the drive thru line
