Waited in line for 30 mins behind 2 cars when I finally got to the speaker nobody answered so I pulled around to the doors around 9 the sign on the door says the inside is open until 10 but they had doors locked when the guy answered the door he said somebody blew their so they shut the drive through down but I could get back in line behind another 4 cars and they’d take my order needless to say I went across the street to whataburger I will not go back to this location possibly not another jack in the box again

The manager at night with the dreads is the real deal holy field!! Every time I go through there that man is professional has a great spirit works hard and makes my food fresh as hell!!

Went to the drive through and waited for 20 minutes. When I pulled up to the window he said they where closed and only had two staff members working. You could at least change your hours on the door or put a not on the drive through speaker of your no longer a 24hr drive through. You wasted many peoples time tonight. Instead I had yo drive to another jack in the box and they where definitely open. Don’t understand wheats going on with this location.

Closed at 10:30 p.m. when it says open til midnight!!! This isn't just a one time thing. This place is hit or miss whether they are open or not. If you are not going to be open the hours you say you are then just shut down the business. Or hire people who actually want to manage and work. For now I have no problem driving the Jack In The Box on 35 if I even decide to continue spending my money with this Brand anymore.
