I have lunch at this location 2 to 3 times a week..I have no problem with the food but I must say the manager which is the short bald headed black guy is very much so rude and needs to have a better attitude towards his customers and employees

First look at the frosty, in a container that looks like it's for mashed potatoes 😑 I asked can she put on regular cup but was refused. I know for a fact this little cup is not the same price as a medium frosty. Horrible customer service!

The food is probably the best version of Wendy's I've had. The management has been either really good or odd. Still I prefer this Wendy's to all others. This place is probably partly why I love Wendy's so much.

It's basic Wendy's, but we gave 2 stars because of the wait time. There was no acknowledging of the wait time until we mentioned it, I then we got an apology. We get that everyone is short staffed but there's a level of customer service that eases the customer's wait pain, if applied properly.
