Most fast food restaurant are not trained to be nice pleasant to customers as they were when I was in food industry. That's one of the reason I retired after 45 years in the industry manger want to make sales and not trained employees the importance of customer service.
Just bad customer service all around. Talk to the general manager.

The McDonald's l go to they are quick while they may not be overly concerned about courtesy they serve you in a timely manner
