They will if it is authenticated and if it is someone they are interested in. Remember whatever they will pay is going to be less than retail. They have retail overhead to meet.
Never seen them trade, but they will buy nicer items. Expect a low price though.
I am not sure they will trade but you would need to call and talk to Brent. He is the store manager and has helped me on many occasions.
