Wow! By far my best experience in healthcare, for myself anyway. Victoria Buchanan was able to see me right away to help me establish care, and although she won’t be my PCP she invested just as much time and care as if she would be continuing to see me. The compassion that I received at this location was genuine and did not go unnoticed. Paula greeted me at the front desk, she was so kind and welcoming. The nurse that checked me in was also very kind, caring, and compassionate (shame on me for not remembering her name… as a nurse I know better. Deepest apologies) Thank you so much for the great care. I look forward to receiving more care from your team!

My 15 year old sister had come into the Walk-In because she was having an extremely severe allergic reaction; I'm talking itchy hives, throat swelling up, headaches, swollen body parts, and so on. She had just gotten her second dose of the vaccine the day right before so we assumed she was having a reaction to it (because hello! that happens and children have died from this!) but the doctor she saw at the clinic took a look at her for 5 minutes and said "Nope. It's not from the vaccine. Just take the medicine I prescribe for you and rest." then he let her go home... A few days later, we had to bring her to the ER because she wasn't getting any better and the doctors at the hospital said it was more than likely caused by the vaccine and they also prescribed her medicine that actually ended up helping her heal. I think it was extremely negligent and quite literally dangerous for the Walk-In doctor to be so nonchalant and carefree when it came to my sister's health. I don't know how worse her condition would've got if we had followed his advice.

Called to talk to a receptionist and someone named Daisy picked up; she was incredibly rude and condescending. Apparently I asked her a 'dumb' question because she laughed at me under her breath as if she couldn't believe I was asking her such a thing. Then when it was time to hang up, I said goodbye - as anyone with proper telephone etiquette and common decency would - and she literally just hung up on me without so much as a Goodbye/Have a good day/Sorry I couldn't help/Thanks for calling... Nothing. The whole experience left me feeling very belittled and embarrassed to ever ask for help regarding my health again.
