7/5/22: Went to urgent care 7/1, due to a horrible, persistent cough. I was told x-rays only showed some inflammation, but nothing serious. Was given a very small inhaler, and something for the cough (it doesn't work). Today, after having to leave work because the cough starts at anytime and goes until my nose pops a vessel and I void my pants fully. I have called 3 times, I have messaged through mychart 3 times, I get "oh we understand. We're so sorry you're going through this..." yet NO FOLLOW UP OR CALL FROM A DOCTOR!!! All I am asking for is a nebulizer with abuterol. I need to find a another doctor as I am so tired of being treated this poorly. Do not come here unless you want your care to be placed on the back burner. You want my balance paid, give me the care I'm paying for. ____________________________________________ Customer Service isn't much to be desired. The Doctors I feel, now a days, don't try to get to know their patients. They just want to do what they need and move on, like your a in a herd of cattle. I miss the days when Doctor's cared for their patients, you don't get that here. I use the portal to set up my appointments, when I pick a day and time, they just email back and say, "We don't have anything available for that day" and then that's that. They don't bother letting you know what days they DO have available. It's hard to find good doctors.

I took my 3 year-old daughter here for earpiercing with Dr. Jennifer Luginbill as her pediatrician at the Harbour Point Everett Clinic recommended. The experience was awful. The doctor did not apply any numbness cream/gel. And she used the manual earpiercing kit (not the ear piercing gun) which she had to manually press it. My daughter cried so bad and she was so scared after the doctor earpiercing the first side. She kept saying "Mommy, don't, I am so scared". Even now, after almost one week, my daughter did not let me tough her ears. Whenever I tried to clean her ear, she ran away, she was scared and said "it hurts.. I am so scared...the doctor is bad..." I paid the up-front $65, waiting for extra bills, and my daughter got trauma and awful experience. She is just a kid. To all the mamas out there, please don't ever come to Everett Clinic for earpiercing for your daughters. I was regretted every minute and felt awful as I was the one holding my daughter down tight for the doctor to "torture" her. If I can give zero star, I will. If I can complain anywhere else and make others aware, I will.

I visited this clinic twice in the past few weeks for the same symptoms. The first time I went, Dr. Tranh and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Everyone communicated well, was kind and helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Tranh clearly communicated following steps and made me felt listened to. However, the second visit was completely different. It seemed professionalism had been totally thrown out the window and that the staff decided to have an off day. I was left alone, the lab techs forgot about me for a while and I was finally taken down the hall to see them bc they wouldn't come to the room for some reason. Twice when I left the room there was a group of people (staff? they had tags on but weren't dressed as med staff) were conversing, blocking the hall and talking disparingly about patients. My interaction with Dr. Gibson was awful. She made light of my symptoms from the moment she entered the room. When I asked her sincerely for help in deciding whether to come back for similar symptoms in the future she told me she couldn't, but continued to make me feel ridiculous for coming in (actually said, if I was an older man with my symptoms, it would be different but as a young woman, she wasn't worried about me). I realize that gaslighting is and has been a serious problem in the medical community, but I feel this case was particularly heinous coming from another young woman. I personally feel that any doctor in 2021 who isn't aware of the dangers of this type of behavior should have remediation at the least.

For a short lab visit of barely 30 minutes, they charged me almost $650+ to be diagnosed what I have already guessed myself by researching on Google. Let alone, it was taken care by a nurse practitioner, not a physician. They also sent my lab bill to two separate debt collection agencies for a duplicated bill that I have already paid earlier. Should a patient failed to respond to a physical mail due to changing addresses, send them an email before attempting to destroy their credit score during the pandemic. If you are looking for a caring nurse practitioner/physician, please save your money and go somewhere else where people actually look out for you. I am extremely disappointed in myself for not doing proper research in the first place!

I don't think they open until 7 30.
I'm not sure you should call the clinic
If you go on the website, you can check wait times and if there's slots still available, you can do an online check-in to give yourself time to get there
It's a standard strip mall parking lot. Not a lot of spaces. Park in the back.
The lab and x-ray departments are open the same hours as the Walk in clinic.
I just us thw clinics.
Thanks 😊
