Mom is here. Bedding has not been changed for over 3 weeks. Laundry not done for at least 3 weeks. I handed the dirty linens in the laundry bag to a staff member complaining they had not been washed. The dirty bag full ended up back in her room and still there 10 days later. Only helped with a shower once in about a month.

I had a life crisis and my daughters found this place for me. I loved it there for 3 months while I healed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place, their staff and the care with which they did everything.

My mother is a resident there at Sumter. Beautiful facility. I spoke to the new director last week and again yesterday. Very impressive to say the least. Every problem had a fix and now a week later is still going great! I cant thank you all enough
