We have been to several different butcher be because of long wait time we decided to give them a try but we were really not happy with the quality of the meat cuts and we asked for vacuum sealed and it was not vacuum sealed hamburger was really coarse ground and full of gristle we Where told to pick up the meat then they called to reschedule when I was on the way to pick up the Second time they call to reschedule again so we where disappointing in the whole process

This place is amazing, really clean and nice workers. They would do everything as you suggest. The best fresh meat processor. Available meat Is cow, sheep, goat etc… really great 👍
