After accidentally setting my home alarm off (told the alarm company everything is fine) they show up on my back porch looking through windows and trying to open my back door then trying to open my other back door instead of knocking on the front door or ringing the door bell like a normal person. Then tried coming in when I opened the door and demanding ID. Made me very uncomfortable. Knock on the front door dummy.

This county has some unbelievably stupid deputies. They should take a quick course on constitutional law before somebody teaches them the hard way.

We are blessed to have an amazing sheriff in Stanly County. Sheriff Jeff Crisco is a good man with good values and it's evident in the support his men have for him. But he's also a community oriented sheriff. If you have a question, call him. If you need something his office can provide, call him. He's the true embodiment of what a county sheriff should be. He's not a department a full of men that just write tickets. They're out there policing, sure, but they're also keeping drugs off the streets, helping the community, and shining as an example of what local law enforcement should be like!
