The best USPS we have been to. The nicest people work here. They are calm and definitely listen to what you have to say. We went for passport service and their attitude was just top notch. Even though we live in Charlotte and this location was way too far but it was totally worth it. Recommend anyone in Charlotte neighborhood looking for their passport done.

Very unhappy with them. I had bought a rug from Amazon and they stopped and left me a pink paper saying to "get it today 8-5" and it was "too long" ok? So I went up there to go get it and they said it was still on the truck... um, I thought it was too long to put in there? Anyway long story short 2 days later me and my mother in law got it because I don't have a truck I had to use my mother in laws to get it and tell me how this rug wasn't even that long or that heavy... very very irritated with this place. Oh and not only that, when my mother in law went in there to get it, they just asked her for the address and they gave it to her. Didn't ask for a ID or anything.. That's a little scary considering it's a federal place. So anyone could walk up in there, give them a address, and get their mail, packages, whatever they please. Not happy at all with this place. So if your mail or packages go missing they probably gave it to someone who said your address that doesn't even know you. Be careful.
