Update: I was pleasantly surprised when a manager called me to find out what had happened and to inform me that the person in no longer works there, due to mine and some other patients complaint. Joan took time to document my incident and included in my chart notes. Like, I said, I was pleasantly surprised and ATI response and wish more businesses would take such a proactive approach. Will use ATI again Place is mediocre and disorganized. Some staff are great. Ashley is awesome. Christian is terrible, rude and obnoxious. Messed up my treatment plan and then tried to play it off, like it wasn’t their mistake. Kept telling me that there is other PT clinics that I can chose to go. Also called my L&I case worker and told him bunch of BS, to the point where my case worker called me and said that my Pt guy wasn’t making any sense. ATI should really look in to Christians conduct, evaluate and retrain. I have to now start PT somewhere else. Waist of time.

Christian and team did a great job helping me work through my physical therapy needs. Great support, explanation of exercises (movement and reasoning), tailoring for what I needed to do in real life, and flexibility.

I had an excellent experience working with Christian, Akane, Ava, Damien, and Conor as they developed my program for hip replacement rehab. I felt they listened to me, showed respect and gave encouragement as I quickly progressed through my recovery. The team at ATI is very professional and friendly. I was always welcomed when I walked through the door. Christian also took the time to explain “why” and”how” my program would benefit me.I’d highly recommend this team for your rehab care.

My wife was the first one to have a physical therapy due to her pain on her upper left arm. She was so impressed by the staff of ATI So when I suffered lower back pain from heavy lifting, my wife highly recommended that I go to ATI for physical therapy which I did. Alas, after eight sessions, my back pain was gone. My wife's first impression of ATI personnel was completely right for I have witnessed beforehand myself how courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable they are. Special mention to the professionalism of Dr Christian Henningsen, Ashley and Damien who patiently work and guided me through my recovery. Absolutely highly recommended for people who are suffering from body aches due to injury or accident.
