How do you help with housing if I am sleeping outside.
The Compass center is actually called the Pioneer Square Men's Program. PSMP is a transitional housing program. I was referred by the PSHCS to obtain a bed.
The city is buying hotels for homeless people instead of the old model of warehousing humans and making sure they sleep 1 - 2 inches apart. It's demoralizing, and I do understand why they don't want to utilize the old emergency shelter system
