Whomever you go them from should tell you what to do. I would reach out to them(the people associated with the contest, not The Showbox) if they didn't clarify.
They do have a Will Call, so that will work if that's where the tickets are coming from. If you won them from an external source, you may double-check with those folks on where to find them. (e.g., radio stations sometimes make you go to the station office)
