The Fremont Foundry is a true gemstone of a venue right on the water in the heart of the Fremont District in Seattle. It was a great honor to help activate the space for many events including the truly awesome "Pray 4 Snow" event hosted by REI. Throughout the venue Lumenarius provided many activations ranging from animated projections on walls to uplighting, staging, movie showings, and of course aerial lighting features. It was a wonderful time and I think we might have even seen a Sasquatch out there on the dance floor! Thank you again to the wonderful staff at the Fremont Foundry, the team at REI, and all the fun people that night!

If I had known how inept they were, we never would have used. We were enticed by the all in one services they offered but due to staff turn over and staffing shortages and just plain ineffective personnel , the communication was inadequate and often times follow up depended on us. Their prices were high and we were willing to pay but the service did not match the price. The day of went smoothly but the servers were rude, inattentive and basic things like refilling the cold water dispenser at the bar, the toilet paper and paper towels in the bathrooms, required multiple requests. Haggling over the bar was awful and the day of the bar did not have water to mix with drinks or olives after weeks of discussion! No salt and pepper on tables. Unavailable when requested by guest. Many of the little things were missed. Lots of apologizing but very little effective results. I wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Absolutely beautiful place to have a wedding. Industrial, yet refined. We had a great time, and it was perfect for a wedding. If you are looking to host a more intimate event, this is the place to do it.

My buddy got married here. Was a great place. Everyone had the best time. It's very well thought out. Any non church couple would have an awesome time getting married here.

Hi Joan, There is free street parking located all along 35th street, as well as surrounding streets in our neighborhood. This parking is first come, first serve so we cannot guarantee there will be spots open. There are two paid parking lots located directly next door, and behind our venue that are often available for guests to pay for convenient parking. I hope this helps!
Didn't notice any nearby. Downtown Seattle or Ballard . Aurora ave has motels.
