I dont think anyone has. It would be really hard to get hurt there. It is heavily supervised and the pods you ride in are very secure.

Its working just fine,been there many time
In the more than 10 yrs the Wheel has been here "NONE". are recorded. Yet, the Wheel has had its moments , Due maintenance and cleaning.
