It won't cost more than $5, and may very well be less. There are decent dispensers of shampoo/conditioner you can use, but bring your own towels. The showers in the bathrooms in the pool room are hotter.
Adult fee is $5 forr a day pass and $3 for ages 5-7
I'm not sure about just a shower. I think its $2 to use the gym, and $3 to use the pool. The locker room (inuding shower) is available for use when using those other features of the center.
