Yes you can. They have picnic tables you can sit at. We even brought in cupcakes last year and had my sons birthday party. He had a blast.

Yes! I would plan on it. The food there is pricey. We get the kids meal hot dog as an adult because it seems to be the best deal. We drive 2 hours to go, so we're not that on top of things to have a picnic packed. It's the perfect place to have a picnic and I always say to myself we should do that next time.
