If you have kids or grandchildren bring them here it's fantastic. Hands on history the presentation is so authentic it's a glimpse back in time.

This was a Wilmington, fun, and educational place to bring my kids. We went on the Native American tour, and the European settler tour. Both were engaging, though my kids enjoyed the Native American tour a little more. Our guide on the Native American tour was American Indian, though from a tribe further north in Washington.

A fantastic hands on experience with regular tours of Colonial buildings, workshops and farm. Plenty of activities for children and adults with 19th century chores such as cooking and cleaning, a blacksmiths where you can hammer your own iron and a wood workshop with old fashioned saws and drills. On the farm there are also plenty of animals to pet including horses, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, rabbits and chickens. Our guides Kim and Aaron were very friendly and knowledgeable and made our excursion an enjoyable experience.

My husband called to set up our visit and reserve tickets, Aaron called us back post haste and met us at the farm on the specified date. We brought our grandson and our friends and their two children. All the kids had been quarantined (to keep them safe & healthy from the COVID). They had an amazing time and are excited to come back and visit in the future. We as well hope that we can return for the 'full' experience of farm animals as well as the buggy ride & Native experience. This is an experience EVERY person who calls the Pacific Northwest home should have.

No, however some people keep them in their cars or crates in the car. We ask anyone who brings them to walk the dogs out of our parking and picnic area and next to the country road.
Yes, we are, but by appointment only. Call 832-6300. Until after Father's Day, we are only open to the public on the weekend. Then, we are open to the public everyday.
Yes, it is open to the public. Keep in mind that the area is very rustic, though, so those needing assistance to walk/roll (wheel chair or stroller, etc) might want to plan to go when it's been dry for a few days to avoid getting stuck in the mud.
