Yes and yes. There are some things that are more kid focused, but plenty of things that I think you need to be 15-65+ to appreciate. Some examples: models with transparent casing of transmissions, slip differentials; a VR exhibit (maybe temporary); an electrical acoustic exhibit; and some brain-/neuroscience-focused exhibits. There are probably other exhibits I'm forgetting about. And there are also several appropriate for all ages.
My girlfriend and I (30+) just visited with no children and had a blast. While there are a lot of little ones running around, there are also plenty of exhibits geared more toward adults. For $5 check out the lazer dome shows.

Seattle's Pacific Science Center is enjoyable for all ages. Science has something for everyone!
I'd say both. They're all cool and educational.
It was very fun for the kids and for us as well.
I bring the kids but i also have a lot of fun every time i go.
