Pacific Science Center parking garage on 2nd off Denny, and 1st Ave parking garage at 220 1st Ave N. These two garages serve the whole of Seattle Center though, so add some time to your commute to park there or paid parking on the street.
There is a garage accessible from 2nd Ave N. Beware: it is small.
Parking can be tricky but we found spots on the street a few blocks away.
We took a bus to the monorail station, so we didn't deal with parking here.
Parking is limited and difficult from what I could see. I was a visitor there and wasn't driving. When we did finally find a place we had to walk a ways. They have fountains and art and sprinkler exhibits along the way, so it was a pleasant walk for us. They also have an inside food court along the way where you can warm up if its cold outside. It is pleasant and beautiful there so it draws a lot of people which can make parking somewhat problematic.
We used the train from a depot close to our hotel, and then rode the monorail. Both were fun, and an easy way to get close to the Pacific Science Center.

Would this be good for my 3 year old and four year old ? Or is it mostly for grade school?
