Not what it once was :( After having not been back since prior to the pandemic, I purchased a large package for this studio late last year. During that time and now there have been several instructors who I loved no longer teaching here. Unfortunately, I've found it challenging to mesh with the instructors that are now teaching. One person wears running shoes in the studio room, and even though it is a hot pilates class it takes away from what is customary for this space that is also used for yoga. This is even more gross because I'm unsure how often the floors are cleaned as there is often long hair strands on the floor around my mat that eventually get onto my mat throughout classes. Lastly, I emailed these concerns a month ago and pleaded a request to please contact me to see if we could arrange a special case prorated reimbursement and I have not heard a peep back. I'm really disappointed at the current iteration on the studio.

I've practiced bikram yoga and hot pilates on and off for many years now in the DC-Maryland area. I moved to Seattle last year and I'm thrilled to have found a studio with great class offerings and lovely instructors. I bounce between this location and the Capitol Hill one (it's closer to home whereas the Belltown location is closer to work). You will find some instructors offer classes at both. I love that there are so many different personalities, although they are all very friendly and willing to help you with perfecting your pose. There are also a variety of special events happening that range from yoga workshops to holistic wellness. Facilities are always clean. Culture is always welcome to newbies wanting to make a positive change in their bodies. Grab an auto-debit membership to get the most of what you pay. Highly recommend this place!

I haven't had a chance to use my Groupon yet. Then I had to have foot surgery and it was going to expire, before I could use it. I requested through their site to postpone the 10 classes a few months until I was back on my feet (literally and figuratively). I've made similar requests of other companies and been told, "No, but it's always good for $30 at our store". Well, not only did the owners agree to let me extend the original value of the deal, they also have an onsite physical therapist, so I can start healing sooner. Sometimes the simple act of good will demonstrates the values of a business. I'm impressed.
