Great place but pool is now 86 degrees. Not good for lap swimming if they keep it that warm.

Went for ladies swim night. What a great idea! No men, no screaming kids. Just ladies either swimming laps (without judgement) or having fun. I would recommend to any ladies looking for something different and fun to do

Really small and outdated pool. Change rooms are tiny and there isn't a lot of space to walk by the shower area without getting wet. Expect no bench space if you are exiting the pool the same time as a Parent & Tot class. All the staff have been friendly and my daughter enjoyed her swimming instructor. There are no set swimming levels either. The kids are lumped into beginner or advanced at each age group. Parking lot is shared with the rec centre and is a good size but all the spaces are extremely small.

They put a lot of thought into their water fitness program. Best hydrofit and aqua jog Seattle Parks and Rec has to offer. The staff are fabulous. They're really great with the kids when it comes to swim lessions and friendly as lifeguards during open swims. Can't say enough good things about this pool!

is it posted on their websight?
Not sure. Google it. :)

I don't think so. It's a public pool thereby it's not sanctioned by silver sneakers. It has to be a private organization sanctioned by the healthcare provider.
