I purchased a some tickets to take my mom out for mothers day in a couple weeks. I selected the 2pm-3pm time slot and I wasn't sure if it was okay to come between those hours or if we had to be there at 2 to get in?

Best if you are on your time start of 2;00. Entry is timed o control how many peole are in the galleries at any given time. Inside is mostly dark with pieces lit. Much more enjoyable when crowds are measured and smaller. We had a 1;00 time and were early but allowed in. It depends on how many are there but if crowded you will be best to be close to your time.

I've directly asked one of them when a ticket printed off with the wrong time slot. As long as you're polite, they won't blink if you're late or even showing up for the wrong time slot as long as there's room and it's still the correct day.

You can enter anytime in your time slot however it is true about limiting to allow it to flow.

Brittany, the slots are timed so that when you get to the glass blowing demonstration, you'll get there about when it begins. So best you be on time, it's worth it. :)

I am pretty sure you can go in anytime 2-3 but i cant be sure.
