When you go to Chihuly Glass and Garden website, you'll see a menu across the top of the page. Click on "visit". Click on "find your photo". Enter your ticket number (18 digits).
I think you're asking how to get your pictures that they take of you? You need to follow the link / use the number from your ticket I believe.
Tap Contribute Contribute and then Add photo.
