Plus there's a lot of RV sites nearby.
I was still working on the renovation about 3 months ago. At that time the entire RV area was inaccessible to the public. Workers had RVs setup back there long-term. You could call and check, but I know for sure the project is ongoing so I would assume the area is still closed.
