Yes you can drive four wheelers on the beach and also golf carts that is Mustang Island beach and it is a beautiful beautiful place to go definitely go there if you're in Port if you go there definitely visit that beach it's well worth it I just got back from there on the 12th of this month
Yes you can just can't ride them in the Dune
No Mame only plated golf carts. Years ago you could but we found that they uprooted the vegetation on the dunes that holds the sand in place. Which holds back the water during storms.
