Their are restrooms along the beach. There are outdoor showers as well, the further you travel down the beach there will be no restrooms available. IBMagee Park in closed and Under Recovery.
No you have to pay to go restroom on the pier. thats the only thing they need to do is make restrooms close by
Depending on part of the beach for camping at but there are several bathrooms out there some closer than others is all about where you set up camp
