Yes. However, the public restrooms are still closed. There are 2 port-a-pottys that are available, but other than that, I didnt see any restrooms that were open. Most had yellow crime tape or plywood keeping anyone from entering. I was surprised that there were so many people out at the beach on black friday, so slowly but surely this community is recovering from the devastation of hurricane harvey. Friendly folks all around, in the midst of so much destruction...
