There is an office over there, with an officer and a store. You could call and ask. The place would be very nice for a wedding. Although you would depend on the weather.
The fort on the west side of the Intercoastal is closed right now as the boat was damaged during the last storm. The grounds on the island side would be great.
I think this Fort was closed for repairs after the Hurrican. Check with them, when they reopen

I would think yes if you did on the main side. The fort is actually across the inlet and logistically im not sure you'd have very much room for any guests. If its just you, wifey, witness and officiant you should be good.
