No. Well, they are outside but no one can look in.
If you rent a trailer, they have a private toilet in the trailer (with the exception of the small trailers - Little Pinky and Amigo - which share an outhouse on the shared deck) All trailers have an outdoor shower stall (three walls and one curtain) which is usually two or three steps outside of your trailer. The yurts, safari tents, and campsites all share the community bathroom or shower areas.
It depends on what type of accommodation you are renting. Most have shared bathrooms (that, honestly are not super private), but I believe the more expensive options have private bathrooms attached.
There are communal restrooms and showers that anyone can use. Most of the trailers have an external shower and/or restroom near them or shared with an adjacent trailer. The bigger trailers - at least "Battleship" and "Imperial Mansion" - have their own, indoor restroom and shower.
