The lighthouse is more than just the lighthouse. There is more to see there. What you will be able to enjoy may depend on the nature of the challenge the person has.
There are 219 steps, I believe, to go up inside the lighthouse, but the path to it is nice. Some of the houses and displays maybe difficult too.
You can get out to the lighthouse but probably won't be able to get inside easily.
