We reserved a camping site there. The camping site only allows 2 cars. Can we use on of the parking lots for additional parking spot overnight ?

Yes parking is free once you pay to enter park. Tip - if you're in a group you will be charged just one fee per carload but individually you will pay more. So if say you are biking from entrance and you all park then go through, you'll pay more. Best to all go through in a car, then turn around and park to save money.
